Partum Press is dedicated to research that bridges the gap between empirical science and metaphysical inquiry. We welcome submissions in fields such as quantum mechanics, cosmology, consciousness studies, parapsychology, biofield science, and esoteric philosophy. Our primary focus is on scholarly work that is rigorous, innovative, and explores the deeper questions of reality.
Every paper submitted to Partum Press undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Submissions are assessed by at least two anonymous expert reviewers in the relevant field. The process is designed to ensure the highest standards of scholarly excellence, originality, and contribution to the field. Decisions are based on reviewer feedback and the determination of our editorial board.
The author always retains the copyright to their work. By publishing with Partum Press, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute your paper. You are free to share, archive, and republish your work elsewhere, provided that you credit Partum Press as the original place of publication. We believe in empowering authors and ensuring their work reaches the widest possible audience.
To submit your research, please create an account and navigate to the "Submit Paper" page. You will be prompted to provide your manuscript as a PDF file, along with an abstract, keywords, and other relevant metadata. Currently, Partum Press does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs) or submission fees. Our mission is to disseminate knowledge and provide a platform for innovative research, regardless of an author's financial resources. This policy is subject to change in the future as we grow.
The peer-review process duration can vary depending on the complexity of the paper and the availability of qualified reviewers. On average, you can expect an initial decision within 8 to 12 weeks of submission. We are committed to providing a thorough yet timely review for all our authors.
